    Bring along your bread machine or learn the correct way to mix by hand. With the use of premixes we will make a plaited loaf in the morning and delicious coffee scrolls in the afternoon.     Come and explore the wonderful tastes and traditions of Indian cooking. This course is designed especially for the Western palate by a tutor with 40 years experience cooking and entertaining in this cuisine. You will not only learn the basic art of curry making but also touch, smell and taste the exotic spices and herbs used in the regional cooking of South India. Come and enjoy cooking appetisers and main meals including meat, seafood, vegetables and aromatic rices. Bring $10 to cover food for the first session and spices used during the term.     Fruit and vegetable carving was an art of the palace of the Thai King and is now becoming more widely known among people of many lands. This art is gaining increasing attention and no food show would be complete without a demonstration. However, this art can also be a part of everyday life using simple carving of fruit and vegetables for your daily meals, making food more appetising and bringing a touch of grace to the food table.
