    Tai Chi
    Learn modern Tai Chi forms to improve your health and relaxation. Tai Chi helps control the symptoms of many of today's illnesses, improves co-ordination and can help to prevent balance related falls - especially in the elderly. Suitable for beginners of all ages as well as continuing participants. If you have a medical condition please consult with your practitioner before enrolling. Wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.

    Tai Chi for Arthritis
    Medical research has shown that the gentle exercise of Tai Chi is extremely effective in helping to control the symptoms of arthritis. This special set of moves (or forms) is based on Sun Style Tai Chi, was compiled by medical and Tai Chi experts and supported by the Arthritis Foundation. Bring plenty of water, wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes. If you have a medical condition please consult with your practitioner before enrolling. Three consecutive weeks from start date. No concession.

    Keyboarding is an essential computer and workplace skill. Learn to key in data using alphanumeric, punctuation and special function keys on computer keyboards using Typequick. For beginners wanting to learn to type or those who wish to improve their current typing/keyboarding speed - ideal for employment, tertiary studies and towards Police Service and other government department speed and accuracy test certificates.     Wine Workshop
    A compact four-hour course during which you will learn about the different grape varieties and how they taste; style, structure and the assessment of wine; how your palate judges wine; cellar and service and the rules of food and wine matching. Ten excellent wines to taste. Notes and palate refreshers provided. Have a substantial lunch before you attend! You must be over 18 years of age to enrol in this course. We offer responsible service of alcohol. No concession.

    Woodwork
    Learn basic woodwork skills. Construct small projects such as a coffee table, toys, jewellery boxes, etc. Bring idea of project, pen and paper first session. Course fee includes nominal cost of nails, glue and use of school facilities. NB: Safety goggles and safety instruction sheets are provided and must be worn when using wood-working machinery.

    Yoga brings peace and harmony into our busy and often stressful lives. Learn to relax with gentle exercise and meditation whilst improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga is suitable for all age groups. Bring a mat and blanket each session.

    An early enrolment discounted fee of $81 for 16 hour courses and $66 for 12 hour courses payable if you enrol by 5pm July 9. Discount can only be taken at the time of enrolment. No concession on discounted fee.
